These terms govern your use of agentcasefile.com, its data and API, and The Casefile newsletter (together, the “Service”), operated by Agent Casefile [owner: insert legal entity]. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Informational use only
The Service summarizes publicly reported uses of AI agents. It is provided for general information. It is not medical, legal, financial, investment, regulatory, or compliance advice, and nothing on the Service is an endorsement of any product, company, device, or drug. Outcomes are reported as stated by their sources and have not been independently audited by us. Make your own decisions and consult qualified professionals.
2. Accuracy and corrections
We work to verify every case against its sources, but information may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. The Service is provided “as is”. Please report errors via our corrections page.
3. Our content and your license to the data
Case summaries, tags, grades, and the structured dataset are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). You may share and adapt them, including commercially, if you credit “Agent Casefile (agentcasefile.com)” and link to the source page. Quotations, logos, trademarks, and linked third-party content belong to their respective owners and are not covered by this license. Site design, code, and newsletter text are © Agent Casefile unless stated otherwise.
4. API and automated access
You may access our public JSON endpoints and feeds, subject to reasonable rate limits we may set. Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass limits, or misrepresent your identity. We may change or discontinue endpoints, or introduce paid tiers, with notice where practical.
5. Submissions
If you submit a use case, correction, or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish it as part of the Service. Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, or protected health information.
6. Sponsorships and affiliate links
Some newsletter placements are sponsored and are labeled as such. Some links may be affiliate links, disclosed next to the link. Sponsors and affiliates have no influence over case selection, grades, or rankings.
7. Third-party links
The Service links to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Agent Casefile will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [Counsel: confirm.]
