About Agent Casefile
AI agent news is everywhere. Evidence is not. Agent Casefile answers a narrower question: what are AI agents actually doing inside real organizations, and how strong is the evidence that it worked?
What we publish
- The casefile — 152 use cases today (61 in healthcare and MedTech), each tied to a named source, a verbatim quote, a date, and an A–D evidence grade.
- The Casefile — a weekly email on what changed for people deploying agents.
- Open data — the full dataset as JSON and CSV under CC BY 4.0.
Why healthcare and MedTech first
Medical device and healthcare commercial teams work under real constraints: compliance review, HCP rules, PHI, value-analysis committees, and long sales cycles. Generic AI advice rarely survives contact with that world. Casefile: MedTech tracks the deployments that do, and the patterns from other industries that transfer.
What we are not
Not a daily AI news firehose, not a pay-to-rank product directory, and not a prompt library. Grades, rankings, and the “proven” filter are never for sale. Sponsored content is always labeled.
Who is behind it
Agent Casefile is published by the Agent Casefile team from Columbia, Missouri, USA. Cases are compiled by the Agent Casefile research desk: an AI-assisted pipeline whose every published claim is checked against a source quote (see methodology). Agent Casefile is independent and is not affiliated with any company it covers.
